Seymour Cars Club is a members only club. Membership is free, but it is subject to approval. The approval process is subject to car dealers that align with our ethics, integrity, and high character. If you are a thought leader in the primary way that you run your business and are always looking to improve the efficiency of your business, then Seymour Cars Club is for you.
Seymour Cars Club is comprised of auto dealers that have taken the position to lean into the spirit of continuous improvement.
Members have access to “Seymour,” our technology platform. Seymour is an inventory management and tracking platform.
Seymour monitors your auto inventory purchases from the point of purchase, and throughout each stage of the import journey. The high-level stages of the import process are:
- Pre-Selection-Sourcing-Purchase
- Post-Purchase
- Import Readiness
- Holding & Reconditioning
- Transportation to Dealer & Delivery

Inventory Purchasing Intelligence
Seymour’s inventory acquisition sophistication will empower you elevate your business supply chain intelligence. Our buying system empowers you to ensure that you buy cars according to your specific dealer economics. Simply said, you can be assured that you are buying cars at the right price, and in the condition that you want to meet the needs of your customer profile.
LOGISTICS & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE
As a member, you will have dedicated resources that will coordinate the logistics, and delivery of your cars all the way to your dealership doorstep. You will have a status report at the VIN level through our member digital platform, called Seymour. Seymour’s staff will monitor every stage of logistics. Through Seymour, you will be able to log-into Seymour Tracker and observe every stage and status of each of your vehicles.
INVENTORY TRACKING
Members will be able to track every stage of the import and delivery journey with your unique member log-in. The Seymour Tracker will track your order at a VIN level to your front door.
Member RULES
APPROVAL
Candidates for Membership shall be identified, evaluated and approved in such manner that is consistent with Club values, capital for auto inventory, as it considers appropriate and suited for Club membership. In determining whether to extend a Membership invitation or to approve a candidate for Membership, the Club owners shall act in its sole discretion.
ON-TIME PAYMENTS
Members are responsible to pay all the fees to effectively procure, import, detail and deliver cars on time, and regiment. Seymour Program fees will be collected via ACH Collect. Automatically. Bi-Weekly. Vendor fees will be distributed and managed by Seymour AR staff. Delays in payments will result in delay in inventory delivery.
ENGAGED
Members are required to be engaged with their auto inventory buying guidelines. Buying guidelines include dealer specific economics, utilizing a valid book valuation to define the landing price of the vehicles. Engaged and responsive to emails, questions, points of clarity on the buying guidelines, vehicle conditions. Members are exclusive to owners of their dealership. Participation in standing meetings (Campfire Chats) to review purchases and discuss auction trends and place an order on monthly total volume.
RESPONSIVE
Members and/or their staff are required to be responsive to various requests, points of clarity that may arise as it relates to your auto acquisitions, logistics, vendor invoicing and delivery management.
